Some of the work below are teachings from our Shamanic Training courses and the Feather Stone Energy Healing work developed by ourselves. One or two of them are "inspirational notes" taken at other times of quietness 'tuned in' with Spirit.

Our work honors and celebrates all the traditions. Our teachings come straight from Spirit, from our own process of remembering and friends/teachers outside who help us remember. We like to see ourselves as two people who strive to transcende cultural limitations and are universal beings.
